Empowered Ageing helps people live healthier and improve their quality of life through healthy habits, mindful movement, education, and community. Our multidisciplinary team combines expertise in movement, bodywork, nutrition, and alternative approaches such as East Asian medicine to support healthy ageing at every level. From 1:1 coaching and personal training to therapy, private classes, community and educational events — it’s not about theories, but about real results, proven by many success stories from our community.

Several of our exercise and nutrition coaching programs are also available online, allowing members to continue training and receiving support from home or while travelling.
We offer individual sessions, group classes, workshops, and monthly themed events to inspire positive ageing and community connection.
