Discount on PLANO + CUF
With CUF’s acquisition of HPA, the largest private healthcare provider in Portugal, we will:
 
1)  Discontinue the CareCard for afpop members by December 31, 2026;
 
2)  Alternatively, we are pleased to present the exclusive PLANO + CUF solution, as outlined below:
 
Option 1: Monthly   €4.50 (basic plan without offers)
Option 2: Monthly €12.00 (annual benefit of 2 specialty consultations + 1 oral hygiene). 
You need to sign up for a minimum period of a year.

3)  Members can sign up for the PLANO + CUF: At CUF locations in the Algarve and throughout the rest of the country  (in the Algarve, this service is currently available at CUF Alvor)

At all CUF locations nationwide, we have staff members dedicated to Plano + CUF; enrolment in the PLANO + CUF program must always be done in person.
Registration: The contracts become active right after the first payment. Direct debit set up is required. Once the contract becomes active, all members will be able to enjoy the benefits of the Plano + CUF.  You do not need to provide any Clinical Data to enjoy the benefits of the Plano + CUF.
In the case of the Algarve, we currently only have the Plano + CUF location in Alvor, but we’ll be opening one in Faro soon.
